Farmer Joe, a 33-year-old cattle and sheep farmer from Bombala, New South Wales, found love on the finale of “Farmer Wants A Wife,” aired on Tuesday. Joe chose Sarah, a 31-year-old livestock administrator also from New South Wales. Expressing his feelings in an emotional moment, Joe told Sarah, “I love how strong and determined you are,” acknowledging their past challenges together. He added, “I want to tackle the future with you by my side.”

Sarah responded enthusiastically, agreeing to return to the farm with Joe. This choice meant breaking the heart of another contestant, Keely, who had envisioned a future with him. Despite the setback, Keely expressed her determination to move forward, stating, “I have been here before, so I know I will be okay.”

The episode also featured former contestants Farmer Andrew and Jess, who met on the show in 2021, getting married in Bermagui, with Joe serving as Farmer Andrew’s best man.

The show’s premise involves farmers seeking love, often requiring potential partners to adapt to rural lifestyles and farming challenges. The portrayal of farm life and relationship dynamics sparked discussions about the realistic expectations for prospective partners in these rural settings.
