Richard Maclachlan has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Workhuman, based out of Framingham. Maclachlan’s rapid ascent within the company, from VP of Integrated Strategy to SVP, Global Head of Marketing, and now CMO, underscores his ability to scale operations and drive business growth. In his new role, he will be responsible for steering the Global Marketing team and enhancing Workhuman’s market share and customer base through innovative, technology-driven strategies.

Adding to the technology leadership, Shmulik Barel joins as Vice President of Product Engineering. With a strong background in technology disruption, Barel will focus on creating hybrid intelligence systems that blend human insights with AI efficiencies. Before his move to Workhuman, Barel held significant roles such as CEO of a mobile start-up and COO of a SaaS platform.

Jose Malpartida, newly appointed as Vice President of Product Management for Recognition Solutions, brings over a decade of experience from leading tech companies like Amazon and Wayfair. Based at Workhuman’s Framingham office, Malpartida will focus on leveraging AI to enhance social recognition solutions, reflecting his belief in AI’s role in fostering compassionate workplaces.
